I had this brew fresh shortly after its initial release and it tasted pretty bland so I figured id tuck a bottle away to revist and review at a later date. Here we are 2 years later and times sure have changed.
750ml corked and caged bottle into a wine glass appears a clouded golden copper with white cap big and frothy that persists.
Aroma is predominantly tropical brett, slight stanky cheese, some earthiness and slight neutral grain sweetness.
Taste has brett tropics, caramel grain, slight butter and a bit of herbal feel before some sweetness across the back tasting of a mixture of biscuit-like malt meets grass and honey.
This is medium in body with modest carbonation. I wish I would have poured the entire contents of the bottle in 1 shot because after pouring my first glass, a bunch of yeast coagulated and rose to the surface of the bottle making my second pour look like fat laden airy diarrhea.

Super bretty nose with farmhouse funk, hay, grass, and wildflower. Big pillowy head. The body itself doesn't have inflated carb levels. Mouthfeel is nice but a hair thin at 7.8% ABV. The Brett has eaten up much of the honey. The honey is more part of the body but it is much drier than sweet. Funky Brett forward saison that was really easy drinking and flavorful.

Smells a lot like HF's Anna. Honey sweet funk, pear, lemon, apricot, honeysuckle floralness and some acidity. Big brett, followed by a tropical fruit bouquet and raw honey. Perfect amount of sweetness. Endlessly drinkable. Perfect, higher carbonation pushes flavor across your palate.
