A tart, fruity and funky farmhouse ale fermented entirely with Brettanomyces and hopped with a plethora of dank, citrusy hops .

Bottle at Monk's Cafe, Philadelphia, PA
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that took a long time to die down.
S: Moderate aromas of Brett funk are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of sourness along with a bit of funk from the Brett. Notes of pears and apples are also noticeable.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation along with some dryness in the finish.
O: This is a nice and well balanced saison that does a good job of blending Brett in the aroma, fruitless in the taste, and lots of dryness in the mouthfeel.

Pours a orangish golden hue. Musty malt/hop aroma. Funky but not necessarily in the best way. There's a lot more citrus now than fresh. It was a funky tropical brett beer. It's more tart and vinous right now. Touch of dryness on the finish. If Intangible Ales makes this again, drink it fresh.
