Rosie’s Pale Ale balances bitter citrus hop character with a soft malt body pushing through the aroma of grapefruit, orange peel and pine. All this is backed up with a light body of biscuit, bread and toasted malts.

Keg halfpint at the River Bar, Dublin. ABV is 4.5%. Golden colour, white head. Moderate citrussy aroma. Distinctly hoppy flavour, apples(?, can’t read my own handwriting), very bitter, probably partly due to a lack of body.

Veiled blond, white foam, not too beautiful.
Lightly resinous smell, then citrus (grapefruit), malty base, some orange marmelade.
Same notes in the taste, a bi tless maltiness, again grapefuit and orange.
Light body, citrus aftertaste, with some caramel and biscuit.
Honest, but nothing too interesting.

Look : Dark amber , not particularly clear. Slight foamy head which quickly dissaptes into a light spattering of tiny bubbles.
Smell : Big smack of hoppy citrusy aroma soon as you open the bottle. Buiscutiy , grapefruity , caramel
Taste : Tangy and hoppy , lot of sweet citrus taste , floral too , slightly metallic finish. A good bit going on here. Pretty good
Feel : Lightly carbonated , dry and sessionable.
Overall : A very pleasant sessionable pale ale , quite hoppy and fruity and enjoyable

Pours clear gold in color with one half inch head. Taste is pale malt, pineapple and apricot. Light bodied, slightly bitter with moderate carbonation. Nice and semi juicy. Sessionable. Will get this again.

The beer is bright and Amber. The head is large and lasts a while. The smell is floral. The taste is a good pale ale. Taste floral. The feel is good but there are granules at the bottom of the cup and that gives it a weird feeling. Overall this beer taste pretty good.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass
L: Clear medium golden pour. Two fingers of fluffy white head. Good lacing.
S: Piney hops and biscuity malts.
T/F: Big malt character... rich and full with a nice bitter hop profile. Evergreen and grapefruit. Good carbonation. Finish is dry and clean.
O: A delicious pale ale... bordering on an IPA. Great flavor and hits the style nicely.

Citrus aroma with an English Ale maltiness to it as well. Taste is similar, with moderate hop bitterness. Very sessionable, but their McGargles Francis' Big Bangin IPA is the one to try.

Much better than their IPA...
-Light SRM that you'd expect in an APA, practically no lacing and zero head retention
-Slight citrus aroma but mainly malt forward
-The taste is the best part of the beer, with the Amarillo and Chinook coming forward and accentuating the Munich grains
-Mouthfeel more of an IPA, with a nice bitterness dominating
-Overall an OK beer compared to local standards (I'm having this in a small beach town near Ravenna Italy which is a craft beer desert!), but wouldn't compete well against most true modern American Pales
