Porter brewed with Amazonian cacao (bitter chocolate), Florida orange blossom honey, and Aji Charapita pepper (a yellow pepper native to South America) that produces a subtle spice on this American Porter. A mix of dark, roasted malt rounds out the body and mouth-feel of this fine beer.

Very dark beer with very little light coming through. Barely has a head, was white and went away quick. Has a smokey smell. Can taste roasted malts along with chocolate. Had a little spice at the end.

On tap at Engine 15 in JAX, Florida.
Appealing and distinct aroma of moderate intensity.
Medium body with medium carbonation.
Loaded with dark roasted malts, this has a very noticeable peppery component but only mild heat. Cocoa nibs join in along with other spicy notes. Mild bitterness with some sweetness. Slight smokiness.

Deep mahogany body. White thin head. Aroma is slight cinnamon spiced cupcake. The taste is a solid porter, with a slight touch of cocoa, and even slighter touch of heat... presumably peppers. Overall a solid spiced Americanized porter.

Pours a very dark brown almost black with tan colored head. Spice, peppers definitely, some light raw cacao, and a bit of sweetness on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with heat! I liked the tingle it left in the back of the throat. Very nicely done.
