Pours light brown, lighter than stouts, darker than a traditional pumpkin ale.
Lots of vanilla and coffee flavours. Malty, spicy pumpkin ale aroma. Coffee and pumpkin flavours blend very well.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 1pt 6oz bottle into a tulip glass. The label has a nice description of the beer and it lists the abv at 7%.
Appearance: The body has a deep walnut brown color with a light haze and it is capped off with a tall light beige soapy foam that quickly settles down to a thin creamy layer of froth. This hangs on well and makes some nice lace rings on the glass.
Smell: I get loads of sweet malt notes, vanilla, coffee and a faint hint of spice. Very inviting and enticing!
Taste / Palate: The flavor is balanced in favor of cappuccino coffee, smooth vanilla and a nice balance of malt sweetness. It has just a touch of spice and pumpkin flavor in the finish. i love the balance on this beer. It is never too sweet or too spicy and I feel like that adds to its drinkability. The feel is smooth and creamy with plenty of soft carbonation to remind you this is a beer and not an iced cappuccino with pumpkin spice.

Poured a deep mahogany with a thick creamy light beige head atop that settles into a creamy froth.Aromas and flavors were just off the charts, vanilla and coffee notes abound with underlying pumpkin spice, just spot on.A full creamy feel, almost felt like it was a nitro pour, just fantastic. The flavors just hit the target, not overly sweet and/or spicy.Vanilla with brown sugar and the cappucino melding into a lightly spiced roasted pumpkin finish. The beer never gets to sweet or spiced,a perfect beer for the chilly western NY weather. The best pumpkin ale I have had,and one of the best of 2016 for me.Great job Resurgence.

This possibly is the best tasting ale I've ever had. I don't believe I'm even drinking a beer, the head was 2 knuckles of smooth tan vanilla with an absolute perfect cappuccino taste. Mild pumpkin I wish this was year round. Holy shit this is good
