Rather salty with a nice sharp tang. More grainy than fruity. I don't actually taste apricots but it's a pleasant zippy brew. Tart but not overly sour.
This has a pleasant frothy mouthfeel. Attractive light amber with lots of foam. On tap at the brewpub in north Portland.

On Tap @ Bailey's Taproom in PDX
My first Gose, so I don't want to make it perfect, but this was a pretty damn good beer with a complex sour, salty, and bitter fruit quality that was refreshing and also thought provoking. The beer had a salty lemony nose (the lemon probably came from indian coriander?) that became very acidic and fruity during the mid-palpate and from there the finish is very refreshing. A good refreshing, slightly sour, wheat beer with good, although subtle, complexities.
