Neat place, cool artwork, roomy, stage for bands, well done. No food at this point. Beer is unique, I don't care for sweets so some of the choices didn't appeal to me, but they had options not available anywhere else, so good for them. What I did have was good to very good but not great. Would gladly go back.

Beautiful new space in an industrial park setting. Modern industrial interior, a bit dark, but it fits the vibe. Large performance space and local art on the walls. Really nice lineup of taps and a guest tap that featured a local nanobrewery. Really impressed with this brewery.

Broken Goblet isn't much to look at from the outside, but then most industrial complex breweries aren't. They've done a nice job on the inside though, and they've got a nice stage. Unfortunately the bar itself is a little small but I'm not sure how much bigger they could have made it given the rest of the space (high top tables, etc.). It's pretty nicely decored as well, not exactly "posh" but much better than some of the very bare bones places I've been to with unpainted cinder block and what not. And they've definitely got a vibe to it with their geeky bric-a-brac and what not - which goes perfectly with their super geeky bartenders, and I say that in the nicest way., I love them, but they're super geeks. They're fun, and funny, but not funny because they're geeky, just funny because - ahh, you get it I'm sure. As for food it's bring it in or food truck, whichever is the case, that's just the way it goes with these places. For beer they've got a decent selection of 8 taps and usually some bottles, and it's fairly varied (dark beer, fruit beer, tea beer, IPA, etc.). Some of the beers are hit or miss but others are quite nice and well worth the trip. If you're in the area I'd make an effort to stop by.

Located in a warehouse section on Grundy Lane (the first left) after getting off Newportville Road. A nice open space that has a small bar, a decent size stage for live music, and numerous tables. Food truck outside. There were 8 beers on draft, with one special beer set aside for members. Beers were of decent quality. Service was friendly and prompt. $8 for a flight of 5 tasters, $6 for a pint, and $12 crowlers.

I had heard about Broken Goblet pretty much since I started buying beer from the nearby Neshaminy Creek jawn, but I never stopped at the Goblet because (for some reason) I thought of it as Neshaminy's lesser-quality cousin.

Well, I have to say that I was really impressed by Broken Goblet after all. The space is cozy, the bartenders are super nice, the beers are many and varied and the merchandise is fun (check out the t-shirts).

I had a glass of Breakfast in New Hampshire, their 8.9% Scotch-barrel RIS blended with Oatmeal stout and with maple syrup and vanilla and added. Delicious! Also bought a pricey bottle of Carle the Great, their original RIS aged in Macallan 18 barrels. YUM!

The Impact IPA the wife got was not too impressive... but I would go back for their big beers and the chill atmosphere. Definitely a find.

I found this place to be overall unimpressive. It's a cute little place and they had Sunday football; however I wasn't impressed with any of the beers on the sampler (which was pretty much all of them). The food menu is a couple different kinds of hot dogs, pretzels, and nachos and the food was decent (though at 2pm they had already run out of hot dogs). From what I understand it's a newer brewery and I'm hoping that it gets a little less shaky as they figure it out, but I wouldn't really be too interested in coming back.

Pros: Nice little setup. Really nice bartenders and employees.
Cons: They encourage you to buy their "coins" and pay with them for some reason. Food consisted of like 6 different hot dogs. One including PB&J ehh? I got one with sriracha and cheese which was decent but cold. Lastly, in 2014 you can't find their taplist anywhere online.

Overall their beers were mediocre and this place was forgetable.

Not a bad little place. Pretty basic hangout environment with a big TV, but a little sterile and bright for my liking. Basically, it's not a pub. Questionable patrons. There is a bar to sit at though, and you buy "coins" to exchange for beers...some stupid Jersey law or something, I'm guessing. There was a decent selection of beer styles, but honestly much of it was not very good, and some of the selections were downright terrible. They essentially just opened when I visited, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but there's definitely a lot of room for improvement. The girl tending the bar was ok, and seemed to have a pretty good knowledge of the beer being served, but I got the vibe that she was working here just for a paycheck and nothing else. Food was nothing, basically. A few old-looking hot dogs on a roller.

I wouldn't go out of my way to go back to this place, but I'd be interested in seeing how they progress. If you find yourself in the area, you might as well go a few miles out of the way and hit up Vault for an overall better experience.

Located in the Keystone Industrial park on the newportville rd. side. Easily accessible, corner building with some picnic tables and chairs outside. Very nice interior. A little lounge area to the left with a couch, chair and nice bottle cap table to match. Big screen t.v. which was rolling the star wars menu repeatedly, A little pad for the bands and some nice sound equipment. Straight ahead is the brewery operation behind two massive glass doors with the Broken Goblet Brewing etching. The bar is just before that to the right.
The staff was friendly and attentive. They explained everything in detail be it beer, food, how they started , and especially the token system.
Prices seem to reflect what's going around town, not price gouging for the beer but a little high in other areas , ( I'm just bitter I really wanted to buy their nice snifter but didn't have the money at the time lol ) I did not see a food menu but I did see some hot dogs rolling and cooking. I believe a food truck comes around during the weekend.
Now for the beer. Six beers on tap. I tried all of them in a flight. Good tasting, nothing bad at all but nothing really standing out either. To me the ying yang stout was their best brew and the saison was a close second. Not over carbonated which I've been finding out with a lot of newer breweries I've been trying. It was a little difficult to the tell the difference between two of them in different styles but other than that not bad at all.
This place has ALOT of potential I hope they flourish and they easily can become a landmark here. If you are a local you must check this place out. Probably the best bar hopping spot all pretty much on one road. Dog and bull, Broken goblet, Newportville Inn, and the Hulmeville Inn and if you can handle Neshaminy creek brewing a stone throw from Dog and Bull. This area is rapidly becoming a must visit spot in the burbs for craft beer. Move over Philly We're taking this s**t over !
