Served chilled in a pint glass.
Appearance: Crystal clear, lightly orangish yellow topped by a large and creamy white head. Lively carbonation replenished a good-sized layer of foam as I enjoyed this beer. Splotchs and small blobs of foam were left on the glass.
Smell: Lightly fruity (apples and pears) aromas with faint grainy mells No real hoppy presence, just a hint of grasses. I could've used just a titch more.
Taste: Crisp fruit and lightly sugary malts. Not quite a flash-in-the-pan sensation, but rather close.
Mouthfeel: Light, crisp, and refreshing. Very little aftertaste.
Drinkability: This is a very pleasant mild flavored beer. I wouldn't call it subtly refined like other beers I've had that aren't supposed to be big and bold in flavor. Sessionable. Screw High Life, I want this for my cheap (I assume) weekend chore beer!
