A- Very pale straw colored body with tons of frothy foam. Can actually gushed a little when it was opened. Head is slightly off-white, but a foamy mess.
S- Pilsner malts, sweet grassy and citrusy hops, some dried grass aromas, hints of white bread.
T- Very nice mix of bready pilsner malts with a potent grassy hop flavor with lots of citrus.
M- Over carbonated. Not sure if I got a batch that was a little too lively, but it is very foamy and very bubbly.
O- This is a great pilsner. Fantastic hop presence and great flavor.
