This beer was a nice red-colored ale with a good sized head. It looked like a nice winter ale should look.

The aroma was mostly of cinnamon, which was all right. Cinnamon is one of the spices I prefer in beers, over nutmeg and coriander.

The taste was of cinnamon and nutmeg over a malt base. Not too bad, because the flavor of the malt was not masked by the spices, but still not one I would drink several of at one time.
