On tap at the B with souped up. I'm not a big fan of hefeweizens but it's a hot summer day so why not? I do like the NEBC. Reviewing this to style despite my non preference for Hefe's. Very light golden body with big white fizzy head. It's definitely got that patented wheat, grass, citrus, banana taste to it. Not a big fan of the aroma however. Smelled like apple sauce. Very light and refreshing. A nice amount of carbonation to it. Pretty easy to drink.

L: Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a medium sized and medium bodied white colored head that laces the glass nicely on the way down.
S: Smells of sweet wheat malts, some banana, citris, and a tiny bit of clove in the nose but not much.
T: The taste of the wheat malt was nice up front followed by a more prevalent citris flavor, and then tiny hints of banana and clove.
M: Very smooth and refreshing.
D: Very drinkable as it is not overpowering in any one area and it has a nice low alcohol content.

at, where else, delaney's. served in what appears to be a twenty-something ounce glass. huge serving. "would you like a lemon?" "no lemon, thanks for asking". nice touch!
this beer disappeared in about three minutes. pale yellow, not much head but signs of life enough to make this visually appealing. glowed in the miniscule amount of light in this place. thin and crisp body big on the banana. tiny bit of breadiness to it, but not enough to limit any aspect of its gulpability. clean finish with a bit of leftover sweet citrus. alot more like a beery nectar than some hefe's which evoke a dairy product or rich sweet cake.
this beer is on par with the elm city lager for terrific summer beers.. wish it was bottled. id quaff this in place of water.
abv is completely hidden. completely.
yum.
