Pours a hazy dark orange body. Tight white head sits atop nicely with thin lacing wrapping around the glass.

Nice bouquet of hops with a healthy dose of grapefruit and orange citrus notes. A bit of sugary sweet maltiness.

This can packs a punch with plenty of bitterness and a nice citrusy hop punch. Some malt backbone but nothing to suggest it's too balanced for the style.

Mouthfeel is crisp, bubbly, and medium bodied. Overall, a solid IPA with nice tasty citrus notes.

Poured from a 12 ounce can into a willibecher. No date on can, but I would guess medium freshness based on other beers I picked up at the same store.

Appearance: Pours a hazy (opaque) medium amber/gold and leaves 2 fingers of white head that fade slowly and leave plenty of lacing.

Smell: Nice citrus, lemon rinds, definitely hop forward. A hint of malts. Pleasant, light and citrusy.

Taste: Follows the smell nicely: citrus rinds, blood orange, a hint of pepper, malts. Very easy drinking.

Mouth-feel: Medium carbonation with a medium, slightly creamy body. Finishes smooth.

Overall: This is a well done, easy drinking IPA. If this were available in my area, this would be one of my go to IPA's. Nice citrus aromas and flavors, nothing negative in there whatsoever.

A: The beer is a light reddish brown color, with a short head that fades quickly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.

S: The aroma is very fruity slightly piney with a nice hops background and slight sweetness

T: The taste is well-balanced with citrus sweetness and hops bitterness. Eventually the hops flavor wins out. The malt presence is very complimentary. The after-taste is slightly bitter.

M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean and dry.

D: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, good representation of style, this is a very good beer to stick with for an entire evening.

Serving type: Poured in pint glass from can
