12 oz. can poured into a Sam Adams Perfect Pint Glass. Looks ok, pale yellow, you can actyually see right through it even thought there's a good amount of particles floating arounf, but larger particals than you normally see, almost looks like fish food. Lighter than expected, but kinda makes up for it with a white head with small bubbles, decent amount of lacing to it.
You can tell this particular can is pretty fresh, nice hoppy aromas to it. Mostly piney and earthy, yet mantains a somewhat sweet smell too. A breadiness to it, but hops are the dominant feature here.
Taste is equally as good as the smell in my opinion, yet a little different. Piney, earthy, then followed by citrus hops. After the earthy flavor there's a slight natural nectar slight flavor that's pretty pleasant overall. It's pretty unique, but it's not that aggressive, which I like. Still good though.
Mouthfeel is good, the balance is good, but unique in it's own right. Pretty light bodied for a DIPA. GOod carbonation level and reasonably smooth. Decenet balance between bitter and sweet, not agressive on either like the taste, but it's still good.
Overall this is a good, really good, beer, but it isn't as fantastic as all of the hype I've heard from it thus far. The distribution is pretty limmited to my area and I can only purchas single cans when distributed. I'd get it again, but should probably just trade it to others who want it and can't get it. Worth trying for sure though.

Best DIPA ive ever had...plain and simple. Aroma is extremely tropical with beautiful pineyness. Pours a sticky white lacey head with dark tangerine color. Basically flawless beer in my opinion I just wish they would produce more of this beer in CT!!! Today I filled up two growlers and every time I am simply amazed
