Taken from notes.
Poured into a Dogfish Head shaped pint glass.
A- Pours a cloudy golden/orange color with a soft white foamy head of about 1/2 inch. Retention isn't too much, but there's good lacing. Not too bad for 8.8%. Haven't seen too many IIPAs this cloudy though.
S- Pineapple, grapefruit, and citrus for the hops. Very nice. Some bready malt in the nose as well. A little cooked veggie aroma.
T- The hops meld into a big citrus bunch and the malt makes a small appearance. Again, the cooked veggie flavor comes through.
MF/D- Medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation for a DIPA. Not syrupy at all. Drinkability is good, but it is 8.8%. Could've had a couple of these for the smell and taste alone.
Serving type: can
