Growler poured into a antique bier glass

Two finger , dense , billowy fluffy white foam cap settles to a dense white layer with scant lacings. Copper orange clear liquid with just a little carbonation.

Citrus aroma from the pour. Tropical & citrus hops with sweet caramel malt aroma

Bitter citrus , grapefruit , pine resin hops on the tip of the tongue and side of the tongue. Strong bitter aftertaste that lingers and lingers and lingers in the middle of the tongue

Moderate sudsing on the sip. Feel the alcohol. Good body.

This was a beer that I have been trying to buy for quite some time. Called the brewery and they just released a batch. Tried a nearby liquor store and they mixed them in assorted can 4 packs. Can't buy Gandhi Bot straight up. Fine beer worthy of seeking out

Second review from a fresh growler pour

Overall this is a great easy to drink dipa, the aroma is out of the world citrus and fruit. Smooth bitterness with loads of fruit. My only complaint is that it finishes a little thin, the flavor kinda of just stops and doesn't follow through to the finish. def not a heady topper but I don't think it's trying to be. Way different profile. But still good. I like it

The nose on this is faint at best for me. Not sure of the exact canning date on this one but I do know it has some age. The taste however is very present. Lots of sweet, citrusy hops. Enough malt presence to stand up to the bold hop profile but it definitely doesn't take over.

Really enjoyed this despite having it well past it's peak freshness.
