Poured this from the 12 oz. can into a snifter.
Nice dark amber, cloudy and looking to be unfiltered. 1.5 fingers of head, tangerine hints in the head.
Smell is nice but not overpowering. Nice tropical juicy citrus hops.
Taste is right in line with aromas. Some good bitterness, some solid hoppy citrus flavors. More in line with Sculpin than say, Double Sunshine or Heady.
Overall, happy to have tried it. A very solid DIPA.

Bought many cans of this from Harvest Wine & Spirits in Hartford, CT. Poured into a Waterford snifter. It's a beautiful orangy DIPA with a thick white head and lots of hops/exotic fruit coming off the nose. The part that just doesn't hold up for me in this brew is as it warms... the hops get really abrasive. Other DIPAs I've had are definitely better on the back end. In fact, I've drain-poured because of the aftertaste -- it can be amazingly harsh/bad sometimes. Otherwise, it's still an amazing brew for the first three quarters. I would definitely be willing to trade if anyone is searching for it.

damn near perfect in my book! great taste, mouthfeel, etc..never had lawsons... I could drink this every day of my life if nebco distributed to NJ!! Good Carbonation, head, lacing, very heavy citrus on the after taste, if I could have a growler 2x a week I would need a CT mule... Do not hesitate to try this. will stand up to any 2ipa in the shit!
