A - Three fingers of thick, frothy head. Dark amber in color, and a bit hazy.

S - Lots of sweet malts. Caramel. Some resin and citrus.

T - An excellent mixture of hops and malts. The hops come through more on the taste than the nose, balancing nicely. The finish is moderately bitter, but very well balanced. Also hints of grass in the finish.

M - Medium body, with perfect carbonation. Very smooth.

O - This doesn't come across as a typical hop-bomb DIPA. It is extremely well balanced, and the delicious malt characters stand out. This isn't what I was expecting, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Can share at Proof courtesy of Matt Masterson. Pours a pale slightly hazy yellow. Good bubbly white head that lasted almost a minute. Thin collar. Nice spicy, piney hop aroma with a fair amount of malt sweetness noticeable. Taste is the same. Great. Again, not a piney hop fan, but when it's done well, it really works. High carbonation and medium body.

This beer gets everything right, including being strong, and provocatively packaged.

I like hot and spicy food, and beer that will hold up to that. This delivers.

Hazy light rust color and a 1" head, fizzed down to nothing in a minute. Scant lacing.

Wafts of freshly cut rhubarb, hay, weed, and reminds me of some trail brushing project in the spring.

Taste is pure hop fondue. Deep woods off in the jungle steaming wet hops. No sign of pretend or stale ingredients. Nuggets of gold in a deep ravine. Cold water and wild fish.

Mouthfeel is foamy and spongy and invites me to sample sips rather than chug. Chugging would be a serious waste, the feel tells me, of the flavor. Frequently returning to sip, in rapid succession, introduces a pleasant bitterness to my mouth.

General Ghandi-Bot commands attention to those who get the orders to drink. Now what would a private session with this on tap be like? xxxx

Appearance is an orange hazy color with a massive three finger white foamy head.
Head retention on this beer is great.

Flavor is grapefruit, mango, citrus with a nice balanced bitterness.
