This beer pours a cloudy golden orange from the growler. A pillow like white head develops and patiently subsides to leave a sticky white lacing.
The aroma consists strongly of yeast and citrus. A big citrus zest wafts from the glass accompanied by an underlying sweetness.
The flavor is similar to the aroma, however, the focus is more on the citrus zest, and also reveals some spice aspects such as black pepper. The yeast is still very apparent and I believe some banana evolves as the beer warms.
Mouthfeel consists of generous carbonation and a medium body with slightly drying aspects, yet very smooth with very little presence of the higher abv.
The Neighbor is a fine example of the style, offering excellent flavor and aroma character in quite a smooth beer.

Four-finger head that recedes in a lumpy fashion. It also leaves a decent dome. A bit cloudy with a dark, dirty gold color.
Grainy, raw barley smell. A bit of lemongrass. Some Belgian yeast nose as well.
Classic pale Belgian flavors: Some very pale malt, a good dollop of hop bitterness, the aforementioned yeast and a solid alcohol warmth, particularly in the swallow. Well-balanced. The body is as I would expect; the carbonation slightly above average.
