12oz can from the Potsdam NY IGA for $4
Appearance - Hazy yellow colour with a small size fizzy/frothy white coloured head. It's hard to make out the amount of carbonation showing and there is some fairly decent lacing. The head lasted for around 3 minutes.
Smell - Breads/grains, coriander/clove, citrus
Taste & Mouth - There is a below average amount of carbonation and I can taste breads, grains, and corn. There is also some citrus, yeast, and a touch of banana.
Overall – Don't get me wrong, this is a solid beer... but based on their DIPA/IPA I expected a little more from this brewer. It needs more carbonation and little more complexity taste wise.

Thanks to ChadMc3 for this one. Poured into 10oz goblet. Poured a hazy bright yellow color with just a thin cap of white head that had good retention and very light lacing.
The aroma was pretty much average for the style, nice base grains, a noticeable spicy yeast scent, and perhaps a bit more alcohol than is usual. The same grain, spice, yeast and alcohol were also solid on the tongue, but the alcohol lingered and had a definite strong personality.
The body was also average, smooth and even, but, again, the alcohol hung around a bit too much. Except for the alcohol, drinkability was very good, the beer went down easily and I could have had a couple with no complaints. Overall, a pretty typical example of the style, certainly worth a shot if you see it.
