A: The beer is quite hazy golden yellow in color—hazy enough so you can't see any visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head and consistently left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of Belgian yeast are present in the nose along with notes of candi sugars and spices and hints of bananas.
T: The taste is similar to the smell, except that the flavors of peppery spices are a little stronger and there are also hints of alcohol in the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a good representation of the style. The only drawback is that you get some alcohol in the finish.

My first experience with just 12 oz serving but was attracted to the lush and extraordinarily rich soft malts and just a glimmer from hops Belgian style. Yes deserves more consideration and a least a 4 can test. You know don't want to join jump to conclusions on such a meager sample. Can condition and treatment could have been lending or leading me to RASH judgment. This beer needs a trip Wood bridge and draft.

Of course you should know I live in Delaware and in close proximity to Dogfish Head and have a very intimate look for hops when sampling. I assume it is similar to that ability of people that can taste even the slightest influence of oak.

Poured into a sam adams glass, nice full head developed, white and frothy to creamy, with great retention and lacing. Appearance was cloudy with a golden honey color. Aroma was citrus and yeast with some spice and grass notes. Tasted grainy and yeasty with floral, herbal and citrus notes. Nice medium to full mouth feel with a sweet and lingering aftertaste.

12 oz can at fridge temp poured into a tulip. No freshness info.

Pours out a light cloudy golden color, about one finger of white head with some very nice retention and sticky lacing.

Warming, sweet candied grain, Belgian yeast, bubblegum.

Classic Belgian strong pale, bubblegum, sweet sugary grain, light Belgian yeast phenols, grassy hops, just a slight tingle that let's you know the ABV.

Medium bodied, goes down smooth and easy.

A pretty spot on example of the style. This beer out of a wine barrel is probably something to behold.

Can share at Proof courtesy of Masterson. Head!!! Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with about half an inch of head just in a rocks glass. Head lasted extremely well. Great lacing. Thick white collar once the head did fade. Sweet grassy aroma with some clean earthy hops. Taste is similar with a touch of funk. Medium to high carbonation and medium body. Very enjoyable.
