On tap at the Old Toad in Rochester, NY.

Pours a hazy dark orange, almost a light amber. Small head, very visible and active carbonation.

The aroma is pine needles and orange juice.

The taste is pretty similar, with a crackly bitterness that is very nice. The bitterness lingers a decent amount of time, and complements the juicy fruity hop flavors very well.

Well carbonated, light body. Very drinkable pale ale.

This is a great hoppy draft-only offering from NEBCO- if you ever see it on tap, grab it!

A: soft yellow with clear, crisp bubble spirals driving up through the beer

S: citrus punch in the face -- i thought this was a session beer! very enticing

T: unbelievable citrus punch in the mouth and flavors, carbonation and experience for such a "light" beer -- on par with much heavier abv beers

M: Carbonation was almost dead-on...not too much or little

O: Unbelievable brew considering the abv -- never had anything comparable given the weight, size/focus of the brewery (which I picked "in-between" their day jobs of brewing great beers)

Thanks to Martin for hooking me up with this one. Poured from a 32 oz growler into a Kuhnhenn snifter.

A-Cloudy golden orange with small head and minimal lacing.

S-Pineapple, orange, and pine hops.

T- A subtle sweet malt flavor with notes of ripe pineapple and dank pine. Catching a little funky flavor towards the end.

M-Smooth with moderate levels of carbonation.

O-Excellent sessionable pale ale with a lot of flavor and great balance.
