Bright yellow in color. Somewhat hazy in appearance. Lemon, lime and lacto. Wheaty malt profile. Thin and light bodied. Lower carb. Dry and tart with a short finish. Solid Berliner.

Im sampling a cold refrigerated 12 oz can poured into my large Brooklyn Weisse glass.
The beer pours a bright translucent gold color with a fizzy bleached stark white head of 1 cm foaming up after the pour. The head fades rapidly to a few wispy islands even with very active bubbling on the sides of the glass and rising from the bottom.
The aroma is lemony with a bit of biscuity malt and maybe a bit of white grape mixed in. No hops here.
The first sip reveals a crisp texture with a light body and with very fine tingly carbonation. Very easy drinking beer on the physical traits.
Flavor is what I expect, a bit of sweet biscuity malt moves to slightly tart and lemony flavors. The tartness lingers a bit and overall none of the flavors are too intense, again aiding in the drinkability of this beer. No hops or booze on this one.
Very approachable berliner without too much puckering tartness, makes for a nice experience and would be great to introduce the style to someone who has not had before. Nice job NEBCO!
