A: After the nitro show is done, all that remains is a dense and supremely creamy head that is a shade darker and thicker than Guinness. The beer is a dark brown color, mahogany when backlit, and leaves some nice foamy lacing on the glass.
S: Bittersweet chocolate intermingled with a sweeter grain aroma and a slight roastiness. Not very intense and hard to pick up too much from it, but still decent.
T&M: Sweet and lightly roasted chocolate malts are balanced slightly with just a touch of sourness (a-la Guinness, but not as intense), and some earthy hops on the finish. It's simple, yet good. The body is a tad heavier than Guinness, but still on the light side with a creamy mouthfeel.
D: Very drinkable because of the smooth flavor and lighter body.
Serving type: nitro-can

Ireland's finest stout, much nicer than Guinness. I could drink a dozen of these and still want more. Personally I find it more refreshing and easier to drink than the world famous Guinness. If in Ireland, I would reccomend buying one of these before Guinness, they are just as widely availible as the other legendary stout. It is famous for being slightly cheaper too. I wouldn't buy this from a can or bottle though, completely different drink.
