Poured from a 440 ml nitro-can into a mug. 12/22/08.
Pours a very dark brownish black with a thin half-finger of artificially creamy light-tan head. The head never dissipated, it just stayed at a thin layer and left lacing around the glass as I drank. Aroma is roasted malt, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate.
Taste is mostly roasted malt with some milk chocolate. Some toffee and caramel, slight coffee taste. Slight sweetness with a dry and bitter finish. Some tobacco in the finish. The taste is the best of the big three nitro-stouts, in my opinion.
Feel is super creamy and smooth with no carbonation. A bit thin with a light-medium body. Drinkability is really good. The nitro makes the beer feel lighter and really easy to drink. Very sessionable.
Of the big three, this is probably my favorite - it has a more roasted taste than the other two. I really wish I could try this without the nitro. Probably my favorite nitro-stout, I highly recommend it.

Ireland's finest stout, much nicer than Guinness. I could drink a dozen of these and still want more. Personally I find it more refreshing and easier to drink than the world famous Guinness. If in Ireland, I would reccomend buying one of these before Guinness, they are just as widely availible as the other legendary stout. It is famous for being slightly cheaper too. I wouldn't buy this from a can or bottle though, completely different drink.
