Inviting just by its appearance - very lightly colored, not really amber at all. Almost the color of sake with carbonation and a cloudiness that reels you in. Smells citrus - lime and other fruits. Taste is light and refreshing. I want to say there is some lychee fruit used in this recipe. Slightly sour from the citrus. Nice original beer.

Pours very pale straw with a fading head.
Nose shows some funk and sweet stonefruit along with faint wheat.
Acidic flavours, but with doughy notes underneath and the faintest hint of more stonefruit. Very drinkable but not all that interesting.
Needs more carbonation.

On tap at the Harajuku Taproom in Tokyo, Japan.

Pours a light straw yellow body, two finger white head with minimal retention, not much lacing. Smells of a bit of sea salt, earthy fruit, wheat. Flavour is dry, mild fruity flavor and with a bit of saltiness, like a gose. Slightly tart. Earthy fruit. Dry, slight wheat and grain. Not too sweet. Earthy finish. Mouthfeel is thinner bodied, nothing all that special but drinkable. An interesting beer to try and had us trying to figure out what kind of fruit was used in this ale.
