Appearance: Light gold, 3 finger head that dissolves into nothing. Little to no lacing
Smell: A touch of malt, light biscuity goodness, floral hops as well.
Taste: Biscuits up front with slight sweetness, floral taste that dries quickly. This doesn't revolutionize the Oktoberfest but isn't bad either.
Mouthfeel: Thin and almost no presence of the alcohol. After the drying sensation ends after a sip you get a sweet slickness on the palate. A little odd
Drinkability: Having said that....it's a nice light beer. Not quite crisp but good enough

I had this on tap at Bierstube in Anaheim. It is a good, very enjoyable oktoberfest.
It looksgood,a nice light brownish copper with a creamyoff-white head, some lace.
Aroma is a nice, simple but full-bodied oktoberfest with lightly caramelized barley and bread crust, light herb.
Taste is a very good, solid oktoberfest with the same basic elements as the aroma, nicely balanced, light sweetness, light zesty bitterness. It's great alone or with German food. Feel is nice, not watery, slightly lively. It's a great easy-drinking but tasty beer.
