From a 32oz growler poured less than a week ago.
Pours a straw yellow color with a slight haze to it, very very little head and what bubbles there are quickly dissipate, no lacing on the glass.
Smell is mostly sweet malt with a slight wheat and peach aroma, overall fairly mild on the nose though.
Taste is pretty light all around, sweet malt up front with a mild light aroma presence, peaches can be made out but hardly the star that it should be, has a slight sour/tart tinge to it in the aftertaste, carbonation is medium with a decent body for the style, finishes semi-dry, easy drinking and balanced throughout.

32 oz growlette was poured into a stemless wine glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a slightly hazy pale yellow orange color with some clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.
Smell: Wheat, vanilla, twang, and lightly sweet peaches.
Taste: The locally grown peaches balances out the twang and tart notes of this sour wheat witbier.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, refreshing, medium carbonation, tart, chewy, and lightly peachy.
Overall: I dig it. Was to good to enjoy during these last summer like fall days.
