On tap at the brewery taproom.
Deep amber colored body with good clarity and a decent head. Some spotty lacing is left on the glass.
Aroma - mildly hop forward, notably light hoppiness for style, with a generous load of malts. Pine, spice and tropical fruit notes from the hops.
Flavor: a load of sweet, light and medium roasted malts competes with the hops for dominance. Caramel notes and mild bitterness make this an IPA for those who love amber and brown ales. The hops add some nice fruity and herbal notes. Lingering, mildly bitter aftertaste. Low hop dominance for style but very tasty and satisfying nonetheless.
Feel: medium body and near medium carbonation; soft and smooth.
O: tasty and easy drinking, but likely to disappoint hop heads.
