I stopped by this place twice while visiting for work, once for lunch and once for drinks.
This place is in a strip mall not too far from the center of Orange. The decor, as most people have said, is an average deli a few aisles of beer and a line of taps at the kind of bar you'd imagine would be in the average deli. I get what they're going after, I just don't particularly like it. However, I'd assume they wouldn't care as they seemed very unapologetic.
I got two different experiences with service. When I went for lunch, all I had was a sandwich. The people working were quite friendly and promptly got my sandwich for me. When I went for drinks, the bartender was rather rude, and was more interested in getting people to close their tabs than anything else. They seemed like they were in a hurry to close, but continued serving drinks for probably another 20 minutes. It seemed like he knew most of the people in there, and was kind of nonchalant about the whole thing. While regulars might not mind this, I did not find it very appealing. I would have given it a 1 if it weren't for the friendly workers at lunch. Multiple reviews say that this is just the way they are, or that it's the atmopshere, family run, etc. What is this, Ed Debevic's? That is not the kind of experience I want when drinking craft beer.
The selection was good. The tap selection had some very interesting beer, with Sculpin, PtE, FW XIV, Abacus, and Parabola on one night, though this was apparently for a special FW event. The bottle selection was not impressive, though, especially for a place that allows bottles to go.
The sandwich I got was not very good, but not terrible.
This place was extremely expensive. I got a 8oz pour of FW XIV for $11. I understand that this beer was fairly limited, but that price is completely unreasonable. If I had known what it was, I would have walked out. Other beers were similarly priced. I've had quite a few rare and fairly expensive beers on tap, but have never paid that much per ounce for a beer on tap - not even close.
I do not recommend this place whatsoever. It's expensive, the workers (at night anyways) were rude, the decor is not very nice, and the beer selection really is not that impressive for the most part. Some people might just say I didn't get it - either way, you won't find me here again.

Stopped in here yesterday, my first time visiting this place after hearing about it for years. Atmosphere was good. People eating at most of the tables, including some of the ones right in front of the beers I was trying to look at. Service was great. I was asked if I needed help twice and the woman who checked me out could not have been nicer. Quality was great. Food looked top notch, even though I didn't partake this time, and the beers all were high quality offerings. Selection was great. They have a ton of beer packed into a small place. I was able to find two Almanac's I had been searching for so that was a welcome surprise. No food this time but it looked awesome from what I saw. Prices were more than reasonable on most of the bottles I was interested in. Overall a really nice bottle shop that I would definitely return to in the future.
