Actually had on tap fresh and decided to age my bottle before rating, but then sadly they went under. In post memoriam the aging had a welcomed effect on this robust oat wine. Has cloying candi sugar and citrus sweetness, especially peach and orange, but then robust oat, mild hops, floral and wood. Smell is oat and citrus forward with some booze on the finish.
Feel is chewy, un-aged it has some booze burn, but if you find a bottle around somewhere now, know the age helps the feel immensely.
