a dry hopped version
Sustaining, medium bubbled, white head. Very clear and pure looking, deep golden appearance. Light level of medium toasted malt with a bit of a chalky and yeasty, side note, for the aroma. Solid and smooth, medium toasted caramel malt, with fairly good amount of floral hops, though with less of a bite than a pilsner, which is how it should be, also there is a tiny whiff of yeast, for the flavor.

Pours a translucent yellow that is medium in hue and intensity - middle of the pack. Head is a finger of white fizzy foam. Aroma is biscuity, wafery, and bready malts. Flavor profile is more of the same, very mild, hitting notes of bready, biscuity, corny and wafery malts along the way. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a soft crispness, falling short of preferable lager crispness. Overall, a little sporadic at times. It's craft, which is great, but not a big step up from other options.
Draft.

A: Clean Pils malt aroma with light noble hops.
A: Light golden color, totally clear, with a thin ring of head.
T: Clean malt that finishes lightly sweetness. There is a mild hop presence, with a light lingering hop bitterness.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Pretty smooth, but lacks a bit of body.
O: Pretty tasty , clean lager though lacks a bit of body in the mouth-feel.

Appearance : Golden yellow color @ about 90% transparent, a towering fluffy soapy head @ 3 fingers and leaving sparse lacing as it recedes.
Smell : Right from the pour I could smell some Euro Lager influence, with pale hops and pale malts. Upon closer whiffs, I get some cooked cereal and sour mash, with some garbage smells as well.
Taste : Quite a bit of fruity esters met with smashed corn kernels in juice, with a bit of hop sting and a light baked malt character. The flavor at first is pretty great, which yields to good drinkability, but very quickly it diminishes to the sour/rotten flavors leaving ugly tastes behind.
Feel : Easily the best part of this beer. Light, crispy, creamy, carbonated.
Overall : The drinkability yields an easy pound, but the flavors at the end destroys the whole experience.
