I don't know what happened here. I had it on tap and it was brought to me like a dead man on a slab. I thought it was too clear, flat and life-less to be what I ordered. Maybe the bar had crapped up lines.
It had a great aromatic hop smell. I didn't think it was anything greater than usual for an pale ale but it was good.
It had a well balanced hop and malt flavor. I felt that it was very smooth and light up front and bitter and strong in the finish.
It is a very drinkable beer. Except for it's appearance it has good qualities. In Maritimes defense I am blaming the line this beer was drawn from.

Nearly perfect pale ale in my opinion. Very great balance. Not a large malt character but enough. Perfect hop finish. Nice carbonation makes for a refreshing drinking experience. If one was looking for a sessionable beer that still holds a lot of character and is simple but interesting. Easily could be a go-to pale ale.
