Have hit this Old Chicago on various occassions; it's not my home store but if I'm in the area...
Selection of brews is typical Old Chicago: several good to great brews on tap and a good selection of bottled beer. Food is quite good, as always, and the bar keeps are generally quite friendly with a least a little bit of beer knowledge. My only real complaint about this Old Chi's is that it seems more artificial and/or corporate than others I've frequented. I'll definitely visit again but will generally hit "my" store more frequently.

Well, this is the closest bar to my house, so I am there more often than I would like to admit. The setup is typical Old Chicago, with a decent sized bar area, a few pool tables, a good sized bar. Then there is a dining area, and a decent sized patio. It is a chain, and you can tell from the atmosphere. Despite this they do have a nice beer selection, with around 110 available at any given time. 30 of these are on tap, with about 10 taken up by standards (BMC + Guinness, Newcasle, etc). The rest are usually more interesting taps from the region. The food is good - not outstanding, but always quality. Service at this location has been hit or miss .. about 2/3 of the time it has been fantastic, but I have had a few bad trips. I think the bar staff is much better than the dining area staff.

First off I am a bit biased here so take what I say with a grain of salt (like you wouldn't anyway). I am really not a fan of the atmosphere in this place, it is too antiseptic, too chain location like for me). The place just seems to be lacking any character to it. There are two bar tables to play pool on in the main bar area, though the sticks & chalk were lacking the one time that I played.
The quality of the beer would be rated much higher except that they freeze the hell out of their beers, and then they give it to you in a frozen glass, a personal pet peeve of mine, but I can deal with it. Other than this fault I have not had an off beer from this place in the couple of times that I have been here.
The service was good.
The selection is quite good here, as it should be from a place that does a beer tour. One can always find something tasty to try, as they advertise 110 beers to try from.
The food is also pretty good here as well, I usually go for a sampling of their appetizers.
