Consumed June 15, 2016.
Pours golden with good clarity, doesn't really look all that different from an adjunct lager of mass production, 1/3" white head. Solid soft white peach aroma, light oak influence on it.
Good juicy presence, super light mouth feel from a light body made up of barley and wheat. The peach is nice and soft, I didn't find any problems with acidity here, its there, but in a firm, complimentary role, its not like its being doused in an acid bath or anything like that. Very easy to drink and fits the bill when I'm in a berliner kind of mood (outdoors, preferably warm weather). Its very clean, there is nothing bug wise or funk wise going on, if you want some spontaneous horse blanket, you're gonna have to look elsewhere.
The abv on this is a little high for a berliner, but it wasn't noticeable. Solid stuff, just wish it was a little cheaper, I'm not 100% sure, but I thought I paid something like $8/500ml, which I would do again, but you know, you wish you could get it for less per ounce.

Bottle.
A: Moderately light Peach skin aroma, with moderate lacto sourness.
A: Straw yellow color, hazy with a small white head that recedes to a film across the glass.
T: Moderate peach flavor with a light breadiness and moderate lingering sourness.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer is moderately effervescent and easy to drink.
O: Pretty solid; the peaches work well with the Berliner base, but the beer would be even better with a more pronounced peach aroma and deeper, more complex lacto sourness.
