Pours a hazy reddish-amber colour. Smells like juicy orange, melon, and crisp hops. Tastes maltier than exoectee, citrus-hops, pine resin, and heavier.

L: Pours brilliant chestnut with a light copper tint from a bomber into a tulip. Produces a finely bubbled 2” off-white foam cap that takes 3 minutes to reduce to 1/3 its original size.
S: Ripe fruit, plums, faint over ripe fruit and caramel.
T: Fruit and a trace of caramel quickly recede leaving citrus and a moderate bitterness with malt in the background. This is a yeast forward beer with a healthy hop accent. Tropical fruit and pear flavors grow as the beer warms.
F: Slightly below medium body with slightly above medium carbonation. The texture is creamy and soft.
O: A well balanced Belgian IPA.

A-Poured in a tulip, this beer has a skimming of white head that sticks to the edge of the glass. Hazy and dark golden.
S-some nice tropical citrus notes I pick up guava most with some tangerine. A floral honey-ish malt backbone.
T-A big time Belgian bubblegum estery yeast flavor hits me upfront. Followed by a hit of citrus hoppiness. Grapefruits and clementines indeed. A bit of a toasted malt character here as well but the yeast notes and west coast hops dominate.
M-very flavorful upfront with a moderate carbonation zing and a dry yet lingering astringent finish. This is a bit of a sipper given the bonanza of flavor going down.
O-A big Belgian ipa. Tons going on here. I haven't had many of this style but this is likely my favorite. Low on the pound ability scale but very high on flavor. Tastes like a homebrewer went wild which is a good thing.

Shoot From The Hip was the bigger brother to L'Ogre. It poured a orange in color with white head and spotty lace. The scent does have some citrus and pine. The taste had beligan sugar sweetness and hops. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it was ok.
