630ml Bottle in Koh Phangnan, Thailand (48 Baht):
Clear straw coloured with a thin, foamy white head that disappeared rather quickly. There is some minimal lacing left on the glass too but not a lot.
Faint adjuncts start things off, followed by some lager malts and a corn with a hint of skunk. The aroma is incredibly faint and hard to detect.
Light malts and some faint, grassy hops along with a watery taste and touches of bitterness. There isn't much going on with this one really and it's your typical, mass-produced Asian lager.
Light & thin bodied with a sort of watery feel and minimal bitterness. Smooth and quite wet at the end but also very bland.
Not a great beer at all and sadly a lot worse than I remember it being from the last time I was in Thailand although that may just be down to my tastes changing a lot since then. The beer was too thin and watery with both the aroma and taste coming across as too faint.

Clear medium yellow colour with an average, frothy, good lacing, medium lasting, white head. Aroma is a light malt, toasted, sweet corn - and of cooked vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet and lightly bitter with a average duration, with a corn like after taste. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is light. Not too bad but I was thirsty for something other than abc stout on a hot 39C day.

A: Golden yellow, tones of carbonation, small white fuzzy head which fades to nothing in a couple minutes.
S: Smells of malt, hops, some skunk, reminds me of Pabst to some degree, and some cheap Chinese lagers.
T: Taste pretty much follows the nose, but its better than I expected. Malt, some hops, some skunk but very mild, some Pabst Blue Ribbon like taste (kind of a slight sweet Jello- like taste) but it passes way faster than Pabst’s would, and gives a nice yeasty pizzeria aftertaste.
M: Highly carbonated, light body.
O: Not bad for a cheap Thai beer. Would go well anything an American Adjunct would, but would be best with Thai food and salty snacks to fit its country of origin.
