Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a decent hazy orange looking color with a slight transparency about it that allowed a fair carbonation to be seen rising. There was less than a finger’s worth of head. The smell was based around some light sweet pine with just a tad of light sweet caramel malt. The taste was mainly sweet around the piney hops and sweet caramel malts. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. There’s nothing off and there’s nothing spectacular about it. Overall, an everyday APA worthy of having again and would probably be a pretty good pizza beer.

Look: Clear amber color, small head. Small amount of sediment.
Smell: grain, some grassy hops, hints of pine and citrus
Taste: As expected, sweet bready malts and the aforementioned hops. Not too much else. Somewhat bitter.
Feel: Crisp, astringent, medium/light bodied, fairly carbonated.

Nothing too special. Very drinkable. Good if you want something easy to drink with a little more hop.

Very slight aroma of paper and a little hops. Flavor's oxidized hops, fruit, soap, paper, not good. Average appearance. Don't want to drink the rest of this.

Aroma: malt, faint to mild earthy hop, very mild and understated aroma, slight fresh bread. Appearance: medium gold, 2” fluffy head, rocky, leaves good whore stocking lace, head white to off white, lace is long lasting. Flavor: malt with a slight touch of fruit, the hops begin in the background and then emerges in the finish to take over the aftertaste – the malt and hops mingle in the aftertaste with the hops eventually winning out in the end. Flavor grows as it warms. Smooth medium to medium high carbonation, refreshing. Overall: drinkable refreshing, well balanced pale ale, less fruity than some, less fruity than a British version, more carbonation but easy to drink.
