Capital’s first India Pale Ale has a bright amber hue with an upfront florally citrus aroma. Mutiny packs a punch yet remains remarkably drinkable.

Capital Mutiny IPA, Capital Brewery, Middleton, WI. Their first IPA? I think so.
Clear, golden / light amber hue, beautiful head of ivory foam. Nice looking.
Aroma: good'n'hoppy, plenty of citrus, lemon zest, lime spritz, some piney notes. Perfectly pleasant.
Taste: great hop bite up front, with plenty of juicy malt behind it. Some bitterness pounces the palate, but malt never stays far behind. Tasty stuff. Bright citrus fruit flavors, medium bitterness, light, lingering finish.
Very nice India Pale Ale. I could drink this one again and again.
Did not like their Double IPA at all, but this one is A-okay.

The beer looks good, nice amount of foam and the color is golden brown. It has a citrusy hop smell. The taste at first is good and the spice is nice but the after-taste is a strong bite is not as pleasant. The feel is there as it does have a nice smooth quality. It's overall a satisfactory IPA but it's not something I see myself choosing again.

This is my main IPA going for 14.99 a twelve pack of cans, It is well worth the money. Pours slightly hazy copper color. Not over hopped, so non IPA drinkers might enjoy this as well. Light for an IPA, while not a session, you can drink a lot without filling up. The aroma has slight hints of citrus/Pine. Great staple beer to always have on hand.

10-7-19, 12pk from Wausau, WI. An ok IPA, kinda heavy for my liking. Label said Citrus flavor and aftertaste which interested me, but it was rather stout and hearty. C- grade for me.
