Bought as a part of the Alchimiste Quatro taster pack. Drank straight from bottle. 6% ABV
A very good beer.
Flavor: No noticeable hops. A nice robust sweet malty caramel flavor that hits the spot. Slightly Brown sugar-ey.
Overall: Very good! A malty flavorful beer. Not too weak and seems like it's emulating a traditional Bock. Hard to find fault with this one and I would purchase again.
I recommend this one.

A basic bock that I would drink again. Slightly sweet, slightly nutty, lots of caramel, and very drinkable. There are better bocks that I would take over this one but out of the 4-variety pack I tried from this brewery this was the best beer.

Pours an orangey-red body with some white head that quickly dissipates. The scent is quite weak though what is there is comprised mainly of the malted barley constituent. The taste is fairly bitter, with a faint note of dark fruit which finishes somewhat smoothly. Overall an ok beer, not sure I'd spring for it again.

L alchimiste Bock de Joliette Micro Brasserie.
The look of it. Very clear. Orange red color to it. Light carbonation. I love the carbonation to it. Many little bubble going up with 1 finger of head that stays.
The smell of it. A bit disappointed tho. Some hops with a bit of corniness to it.
The taste of it: Orange, very sweet malt. A bit of watery taste on the after taste .
So overall would I recommend it ? For sure ! You can t go wrong with a Micro beer. If yo see it on special you get a good deal and grad your hands on.
