Bottle from ZorPrime, thanks Eric! 341ml bottle into a pint glass.

Pours a viscous black, with a reddish brown head that's realtively thin and transient. Nose of mild milk chocolate and roasted malts. Maybe a hint of medium roast coffee. Taste is more roasted coffee, with a greater sense of a bitter dark chocolate. Smooth and chewy mouthfeel, and a nice lasting finish. Solid, servicable stout.

00ml "stubbie" bottle from metro jeanette.

the pour was nice....gave me a beautiful black viscous ale in my glass with a huge chocolate cap. Cocoa, coffee, sweet sorghum and grass in the aroma...basic, prounounced, nice. Body was surprisingly medium..sliky but not bulky. Very smooth and drinkable with the disbersement of all the expected stout flavors: cocoa, coffee, molassass, dried fruit, touch of citrus hops ( toned back) in a very mellow satisfying delivery...very drinkable stout.

The highest ranked beer from this brewery. It was Ok, and my mates liked it better for its medium-full texture. I thought it like a stout slush. Dark colour. Not overly carbonated and drinkable. Not too much on the taste side, certainly roast maybe some mid-sip nuts.

Another damn good Quebecois stout! This one was sampled from the tap at the Mondial De La Biere festival a few weeks back. This was a very dark black beer with a lovely tan head that lasted for quite a while. The aroma was of chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, and slightly bitter hops. The taste was nice and roasty up front, with some chocolate and coffee notes in the middle and an excellent dry, raw, hop finish. The mouthfeel was creamy and smooth and the drinkability is awesome!
