A: Poured from the bottle into a Palm tulip/snifter-type glass. Body is very light in color - straw-yellow - with a 1-finger bubbly white head on top. Some lace.
S: Nice saison nose - grassy and lemony with a bit of yeasty funk. Still, it smells "clean," if that makes any sense.
T: Very nice - taste pretty much follows the nose, with a minerally, lemony saison palette. Modest grassiness or hay/straw. Finishes clean but not at all watery or thin.
M: Call it light in heft, with a nice spritzy mouthfeel that lightens it up even more, making this one a real, real easy drinker.
O: Excellent. This is what a "table beer" should be - tasty but not heavy so it doesn't overwhelm the food. Well done, Kent Falls.

To echo Greasyfizeek's review, I could drink this all day. At the least, I enjoyed to 13oz pours at City Beer Hall in Albany last weekend. This beer reminded me of HF Arthur or Florence, two of my all time favorites. If this is what I can expect from Kent Falls in the future, sign my ass up. Vibrant mouthfeel only made a great beer better. Cheers!

On tap at Madison Pourhouse in Albany, NY.
This one pours a clear straw yellow, little bubbles all flowing and stuff, with a good head and decent lacing.
Smells like lemon, mild funk, grassiness, saison yeast, and white pepper.
I could drink this stuff by the gallon, it's so flavorful for being only 3.8%. It's a little masterpiece of a beer. It's got some hay flavors, a bit of minerality, white pepper, a light lemony funk, and a mild bitterness. So drinkable.
This is light bodied, super crisp and light on the palate.
I continue to be super impressed with Kent Falls.
