Look: It pours pale with a white head that has moderate head retention.

Smell: The aroma has grass, spices, and a low white grape element. There are some low herbal elements and a touch of grain in the background.

Taste: The initial flavors are highlighted by a sweetness resembling a white wine with spice and earth. There are low lemon flavors and slight pepper. It does have a dry finish.

Feel: It has a lightly moderate body as well. A grainy sweetness sits well in the background.

Overall, there are several complex elements at work here making this a good drinking, yet dry finishing saison.

This was pretty tough to pour, a huge fluffy white head essentially erupted immediately, and took a while to settle into a clear straw yellow beer. There was a lot of lacing down the glass.

Smells like sour and funky grassiness, crisp wheat, white pepper, and lemon.

This has an impossibly light and airy body. It's super drinkable, but not entirely boldly flavored. There's some pear, grassiness, hay, and lemony funk, but it's all very effervescent and airy, sort of wispy.

This is quite drinkable and super light bodied, with a high level of carbonation.

This is really refreshing, but I'd wish for a bit more complexity in the funk department.

Greenish straw color with a haze. Lasting, but small head. Some streaky spots on the glass.

Wheat and sour to the nose. The smell reminds me of apple cider.

The taste is drier and a bit harsher than the smell indicates. The sourness is still there but no apple flavor. Less wheat on the tongue. The body is thin with an above average carbonation.
