probably 8/10 bar patrons were consuming this one in the 90+ degree heat
a: hazy golden colored with a lemon on the rim of the glass, head slight with no lace
s: lemony wheat foundation, a dusting of yeast, aged hops, simple but pleasant, get the feeling that the lemon was present before the slice addition, which was left out of the beer
m: carbonation a little light for the style, light-medium bodied
t: mirror image of the aroma, snappy wheat body with a hint of lemon, bready yeast flavours, mildly hopped with a gentle bitterness
d: easy enough, I don't care much for the highly wheat, lemony versions of the style, but it's definitely worth a shot on a hot day

Another good Quebecois wit. when will the madness end. This is a style that every brewer in Quebec seems to make and 99% of them seem to get right (which is much more than I can say about American breweries who try to nail this style of beer!) Anyway...
This brew was a nice light golden colour with a nice white head. A lemon wedge was on the side of the glass, but I took it off, and than put it back in the beer when it was nearly done. The aroma was spicy and wheaty, with a bit of a hop kick in there as well. The mouthfeel was very smooth, and the drinkability was very good as well. This was one of the "wheatier" blanches that I had on my last trip to Montreal. Good stuff.
