Hazy yellow with no head. Big lemon nose with funk. Tart and citrus easy drinker that has good sour without being to far over the top. Medium light body and good carbonation providing that prickle effect.

Bottle at share. Milky orange pour, soft, bubbly head, big aromas of apricots and peaches, fruity. Taste adds some gentle sourness, more pure fruit essence. Smooth.

500ml at home with Lisa. Lactic and lemony. OK, not great.

At brewery.
Light yellow, slightly hazy, whispy head.
Young Brett, flat sourness, lemons, stone fruit.
Sweet tarts, lemon juice, yeast, young Brett, and light sweetness.
Very matte mouthfeel. I use matte to mean tongue coating sourness with a bitterness little brother that leaves a matte finish on the tongue. Petite has lots of bubbles.
Here we have a well crafted light sour that probably matures nicely.
