Wit
Mill Street Brew Pub
Mill St Belgian style Wit is a refreshing beer made with a unique blend of ingredients. The soft texture and pale colour comes from the use of wheat. Coriander, orange peel and our special yeast produce the complexity and depth of fruity flavours contained within the glass. This beer is unfiltered. The resulting cloudiness gave rise to the term Wit, or White beer.

One of the better offerings from Mill Steet. Not even close to as good as other Wits out there (I.e Driftwood) but a decent Wit on a hot day. For the price - I can see having a few of these in the fridge through the summer months.

This is a good wit. I recommend at least trying it. You can't go wrong. I found it a little bland for my taste, but it is a finely crafted, well-made beer.
