Poured from the bottle into a Hoegaarden tumbler glass.
Classic creamed bleach white head, with some moderate retention. The head slowly settles to a 4mm thin puck, sitting on a very dark lemon yellow body. A bit of clarity through this glass, but still kind of hazy with the cloudiness creeping away towards the edges.
Classic straightforward solid wit bier on the nose so far. A little soapy and bubblegum smelling, but classic coriander and sweet spice content. Hints of chewy wheat slightly and an overall solid aroma.
Pretty much uneventful, but solid on the palate. Hinds of candy like gum, and minimal chewy palate on the malt side. Some spiced finishes, but has more of that sweet sucrose than most wits. Finishes quite clean, with a little bit of orange fruit ever slightly.
A pretty solid basic witbier, not real exciting, but pretty good overall.

A- An Aggressive Pour yields minimal head and even that is fast receding. Pours a nice golden hazy color although no lacing is present
S- Scent of orange, other citrus and coriander, although backdrop of wheat is present.
T- Lots of orange and hints of coriander, pineapple and other tropical fruits. Does have a bready undertone as well. Very mild on the whole.
M-Quite bubbly indicating high carbonation. Not bad however but not as creamy and as smooth as other beers in the style. Slight let down here.
O-Nice beer but not quite as refined nor as complex as others in its class. Nonetheless a summer beer worth guzzling again.
