True IPA's were high in both alcohol and hops to survive the long hot voyage from Britain to India. This makes it a big and flavour beer style. Our version is no exception. Traditional English malts and hops are used to give this copper brew a big flavour. This beer has a slightly roasted note with a strong hop bitterness and flavour.

Run of the Mill Street?
A) Starts with an also ran look. Hazed opaque amber yellow body, with a lasting thin film but scant lace.
S) Aroma of classic EIPA: Wet hops, sweet bready malts, woody tones.
T) Its malty upfront is balanced with piney-herbal-woody hops, a bit of pear juice, and it finishes with nice English bitter.
F) Nice full juicy mouth feel and a fine food pairing finish, but definitely average.
Nice average EIPA /APA worth a one shot.

grabbed a mixer of 6 different mill street beer, id had a couple types before,
the tank house ale, and the organic are both more than decent so after drinking those two...
figured id review the IPA , aint bad...
pours a nice yellow unfiltered gold . fluffy perfect white head . not much lacing at all.
nose of honey grains. citrus peel, grassy notes. hoppy notes
tastes vibrant. citrusy and bright, but drinkable and not super carb
sort of a different take on an IPA, was expecting more orangey tones
more hoppy bitterness, but the sessional factor is good with this.
i could drink as few easily, nice flat mouth feel after the initial crisp
no real lasting bitterness, just drinkable and sort of english feel.
slightly soapy finish but overall a good mixup of ipa styles.
id drink it again. seems like a good session.

Had on-tap at the brewpub in the Toronto airport. Definitely more on the English side of the IPA spectrum--much maltier and less hoppy than I was expecting. Decent but unremarkable, with a bit of astringency/sharpness.
