Caramel colour, one finger on white head, not much retention but some lace is left behind. Smell is loaded with malt, bready, decent hop bill, lightly grassy, caramel, mild sweet scents as well. Taste is malty initially, grassy hops come in leaving a firm bitterness throughout, fairly hoppy with some orange and muted citrus, light caramel with a faint sweetness in the aftertaste. Med-high carbonation, medium body, decent enough feel, carbonation is a touch prickly. This is actually quite nice, really enjoyed the flavours and balance that this offers and would revisit this more often than the rest of the Mill St. offerings.

On tap @ the Mill St., Toronto Pearson airport.
Clear copper with great head retention
The smell is faint - but there's biscuity malt and some earthy, mild English hops
Taste is classic ESB: mild earthy hops and a slightly nut-bread malt profile
Finishes dry, slow to aftertaste
Really nice, great companion on a layover to Vancouver

Poured a 355-ml bottle into a pub ale glass.
Appearance: Amber-copper colour with a creamy-beige head that sticks around for a bit then thins to a layer of surface foam.
Smell: Woody roasted malt aromas.
Taste: A tasty and refreshing malt flavour that gives way to more intense hop flavours at the end. The aftertaste is moderately heavy and sweet.
Mouthfeel: A bit of a ride with a softer start and then more action as the hops come forward.
Overall: Not a bad beer by any means, I could definitely put a few of these away.
