This is a crystal clear, golden beer. No wonder they bottled it in clear bottles. There is some head that's gone ASAP. A few tiny spots of lacing appear as the drink empties from the glass.
As for the smell and flavour, there's something grass-like to it... like dried grass or sweet grass almost. There's also something slightly dried-fruity about it. It reminds me a bit of a Corona, with just a bit of lime in it.
The feel is crisp and clear. For this style, everything is A-OK. It's refreshing and not dry, not too watery, and the carbonation is just right.
The drinkability is good. A bit more refreshing than most average lagers / pilseners.

Poured from the clear bottle into a Libbey style pilsner glass.
Big bright lemon yellow body color, with a good amount of moderate rising cola sized bubbled carbonation. Head is slightly creamy, if fleeting, and bleach white and leave a thin puck as it settles. Manages to always keep a collar while drinking.
The beer smells like white bread. Like a dough semolina, or French bread. There is no hop presence or even classic sticky lager like yeast quality, but it's fine. No skunking either with a clear bottle luckily.
Palate falls somewhere between classic simple lager without the corn sweetness, and light bodied malt and no hop presence. Comes with a solid malt crispness and dough, hinting of German pilsner thickness but also of simple macro lightness. Somewhere in the middle on that scale. Flavors don't really last and are a bit fleeting for a lager also.
Overall, and ok pils, but most organic brews for me really seem to be missing something to complete a full enjoyable beer experience.
