Draft at Lunar, served in a Chimay/Orval style goblet.
Hazy opaque peach tone, creamy foam on the surface. First whiff was earth & floral coriander and possibly other spices. The beer list detailed it's ingredients, imported from far-away locales such as Morocco. Some light citrus was there too, and mild phenolic clove. It was fairly complex for a Wit, more fragrant than a Hoegaarden for example.
Supple wheaty feel, earthy spice notes, mild orange zest, bitter citrus tang on the finish. The body was juiced up a bit, not to "imperial" levels, but a little bit more full than you're average Witbier. The spicy character was very pleasant, and I sipped this one slowly. Spot on for style, great for summer.

Stopped by Lunar for a pint and saw this on the board. Brewed with bitter orange peel and toasted Moroccan coriander. Arrived in my glass a hazy yellow orange with a nice creamy head and plenty of active carbonation. Aromas of light malt along with a big vibrant spiciness. Light notes of banana and clove along with wonderful citrus spice. Nice stuff.
First sip brings a crisp light malt forward that it quickly met by a fresh yeasty spice flow. Lemon citrus flavors along with hints of clove and banana. Good, strong coriander in there. Flows down with a light bitterness. Overall, this was a really tasty wit that I found very enjoyable.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side with good steady carbonation. An easy drinking, refreshing wit that's great for summer with plenty of flavor. I could easily down a few of these in succession no problem. Another tasty brew from Lunar and I look forward to more.

Pours a hazey banana peel ambe. Steady bubbling, but no head. Light notesof cantaloupe, honeydw, and gristley bread. The taste has some light stale breadwith a touch of light fruits, even lighter toasted malts. The palate is makes me hink of gypsum and powdered bananas. Great Summer beerfor a hot dog day.
